  • Encourage customer registration, first purchases and repeat orders.

  • Build customer communities through social media, email and WhatsApp.
  • Develop campaigns that increase trust in Redgoldgriin and its vendors.

Vendor Marketing Responsibilities

  • Promote the benefits of selling through Redgoldgriin.
  • Support vendor-recruitment campaigns and events.
  • Create marketing materials for prospective vendors.
  • Generate qualified vendor enquiries for the Vendor Operations Coordinator.
  • Highlight successful vendors and their products.
  • Help vendors understand how Redgoldgriin marketing can increase their visibility.
  • Support newly onboarded vendors with basic promotional guidance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Basic photography, video-editing or graphic-design skills are beneficial.
  • Good understanding of Ghanaian consumers, businesses and digital channels is strongly preferred.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage several campaigns.
  • Comfortable being evaluated by measurable outcomes rather than posting frequency alone.

  • Marketing activity produces measurable website visits, registrations and orders.
  • Vendor-recruitment campaigns generate qualified enquiries.

  • Customer-acquisition costs improve over time.
  • More customers return to make additional purchases.
  • Marketing reports clearly identify what is working and what should change.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to help build the marketing function of a growing ecommerce marketplace.
  • Flexible part-time working arrangements during the initial stage.
